How payment usually works
On a straightforward job, we agree the scope and price in writing before starting, and invoice on completion after you have walked the finished work with us.
On an insurance claim, the sequence is set by your carrier rather than by us. Most policies release funds in two parts — an initial payment based on actual cash value, then the withheld depreciation once the work is complete and documented. We invoice in step with that, and we handle the depreciation release paperwork. See insurance claims for how the wider process runs.
Your deductible is always yours to pay. We will never offer to waive, absorb or rebate it, because doing so is insurance fraud under Texas law. Any contractor who offers is telling you how they treat rules generally.
Financing
If you would rather spread the cost, our payment portal handles applications directly. It is worth asking about before the job rather than after, so the arrangement is in place when the invoice arrives.
