What happens after you get in touch

We reply within one business day, and usually much sooner. For emergencies we answer around the clock.

The first visit is a free inspection. We walk the roof where it is safe to do so, check the attic if we can get into it, and photograph everything. You get the images and a written summary of what we found — including the parts that are fine.

If work is needed you get a line-itemed estimate with materials named. If there is a claimable insurance loss we will say so and handle the documentation. If nothing needs doing yet, we will tell you that and leave you alone.

Emergencies

If water is coming in right now, call rather than filling in the form. We run 24/7 emergency response and can normally get a tarp in place the same day, which stops the damage spreading and protects any claim you go on to make.
