Was Your North Dallas Home Or Property Damaged By The October 2019 North Texas Tornado Outbreak?
On 20 October 2019, three tornadoes tore through Dallas and left thousands without power. The most powerful of the tornadoes sustained winds of up to 140 mph, leaving behind a disastrous path of destroyed homes and property damage. Texas Governor Greg Abbott declared a state of disaster in 15 North Texas counties, which includes Dallas, Collin and Tarrant. A less-powerful tornado tore through Rowlett, generating winds up to 100 mph.
However, the damage is devastating. Richardson and North Dallas experienced the worst of the damage, with Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow completely destroyed. The National Weather Service recorded damage from hail storms across North Texas, Fort Worth, Denton, Corsicana and Greenville. In fact, the damage stretched as far north as Sherman.

The response is the same whether the event was 2019 or last week. Get the damage inspected and documented before you file, because an undocumented claim is the one that gets underpaid. If water is getting in, call first — we run 24/7 emergency tarping.
We handle storm damage repair and the insurance claim together, and we meet the adjuster on the roof so the damage is recorded rather than assessed from the driveway.
